What is in the box?
All the boxes are different and you should read all the ingredients listed on the article description. If you have any allergies and/or are looking to get a personalized order, please get in touch with us via [email protected] and we will look after you!
Can I choose my own items?
We do offer this option and the box is called "Personalizada". You are free to choose your own items, but you must contact us first and let us know exactly what you would like to order. Some restrictions will apply due to customs (such as tobacco, alcohol, liquids and other perishable goods). Please email us at [email protected] with your request and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Where do you ship to and from?
Our orders are shipped directly from Portugal and, at the moment, we include the Standard Shipping costs in our prices (10,00 EUR). We are able to ship internationally, but this will have an extra cost.

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Gibraltar, United Kingdom, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania and Sweden.
For International shipping, there is an extra cost depending on your location.
How long will I have to wait to receive my order?
Once you place your order, we will ship it within 4 business days. Receiving your order will always depend on your country restrictions and location; however, all orders should be received within 3-15 business days depending on the country. We will always use registered shipping, which means that we will provide you with a tracking code and you will be able to track it online. Please contact us if your order is late so we are able to investigate this.
What if one of my items is expired?
We will always choose items with a long shelf life (2 to 24 months) so the chances of this happening are very slim. If you have received an expired item, please contact us straight away via [email protected] and we will investigate and resolve the issue by refunding you the value of the expired product.
Can I request a refund, return or cancel my order?
You can find a list of the products that will be sent to you on the article description and you should be aware of all the products you are ordering. In case you did not receive a specific product or there is something wrong with your items, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will make sure to solve the issue. We do not accept returns - we will issue you a refund in case there is something wrong. You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, we will not accept your cancellation as we will probably have processed your order by then. Please note that ALL shipping costs are non-refundable.
