NESTUM MEL is a honey-flavored cereal to be prepared with milk in the morning, for a very tasty breakfast. NESTUM Mel is a nutritious and flavorful solution for the breakfast of both children and adults, combining the delicious taste of honey with the benefits of cereals. It provides energy, 8 vitamins, calcium, and iron. NESTUM Mel is produced in Portugal, at the Avanca Factory.

Ingredients: Wheat flour and hydrolyzed WHEAT (76.1%), sucrose, honey (6%), inulin, acidity regulator (calcium carbonate), reduced iron, flavoring (vanillin), vitamins (C, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, B6, folic acid, B12, pantothenic acid). May contain traces of Milk.

Preparation
1 – Pour 160ml of hot or cold milk into a bowl or a deep plate.
2 – Add 6 heaping tablespoons (30g) of your favorite flakes and stir well.
